Loved my generous-sized and brand-new room, it had a fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and an iron with ironing board.

The hotel needed updating.

The rooms were both beautiful, spotless, complete with WiFi connection and the dresser, as for instance. Amazingly nice staff from the housekeepers and the pool area was very clean. Its location was great and perfect, adjacent to the Shore for years, beaches, restaurants and fishing, and the Spring Lake railroad station.

We stayed 2 nights and would come here again when visiting United States of America.

Low budget hotel in a cute area so close to spring lake beach and the outlet in the bathroom. Extremely helpful personnel from the housekeepers during stay. A lot of good food.

It became my favorite place to stay in Spring Lake Heights. Location: the hotel was just next door to the beach and nearby restaurants as well as the outlet in the bathroom. I was surprised at nearby Bagel Basket Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. The bar was pretty nice.

Fairly clean, good budget hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed large rooms and friendly staff. Its location relatively near Saint Catharines Church was unbeatable and excellent. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake;))

I appreciated the hotel, it was clean with very pleasant and welcoming staff from the housekeepers. The room I booked was generous-sized and had an exceptionally comfortable bed, slept well. The location was favourable and excellent, right by the Spring Lake railroad station and beaches, restaurants and fishing and nearby restaurants.

Tbh, this hotel needs updating.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The room was spotless and brand-new, had comfortable beds. Extremely helpful, very friendly staff, was helpful. The location was exceptionally nice - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Spring Lake Heights district was worth exploring.

I had a comfortable stay here and would come here again. Clean hotel, I liked helpful and attentive staff. The rooms were reasonably large, especially those with the patio, the dresser, the chairs are for sunbathing. Also, location was unbeatable and excellent, within a close distance from Saint Catharines Church. The food they offered was good, had lots of meals.

Had a great Thanksgiving weekend, with lots of fun activities nearby. Conveniently located near great restaurants and shops. Room was cozy and comfortable, with nice linens and adequate toiletries. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the hot coffee. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The exterior of the hotel didn't meet our expectations, with some cracks on the stairs and the ceiling tiles in need of replacement. the bathroom didn't have sufficient space.
